DNSCrypt now has an installer for Windows and MAC. So, it is now ready for more broad utilization by users. See this URL: http://www.opendns.com/technology/dnscrypt/ for more information. It is not fully complete, not final code, but workable. Ironically, I had some issues with their installer on my system, but it may do fine for you.
UPDATE: Ironically, this installer did nothing but crash for me. My previous 'hacked together' method of manual installation worked fine.
